Please read our return and exchange policy carefully!
As a global website of purchasing nature, Hadley will strictly check the quality before shipment. Therefore, we only support customers to submit a refund (if possible) for quality issues within seven days after receiving the goods.
Cancellation request before shipment, we will be subject to the brand's cancellation policy for service.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Attention:
1. We do not accept return requests, Unless quality problem.(If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.)
2. Final sale, SALE, pre-ordered items are final sale and no returns, exchanges, cancellations or alterations will be accepted
3. Quality issues are subject to Hadley's final judgment
4. All returns and exchanges are subject to return shipping costs to be paid by the customer.
5. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the address is correct and the item is signed for.
6. If you can't find the parcel for unknown reasons, don’t hesitate to contact the international logistics company for the lost package. We will not refund or send back the package.
