• SHIPPING POLICY

 We ship internationally to America, Australia, Britain, Canada, Singapore, Europe, Thailand…..

Our standard dispatch procedure is as follows: once all items within your order have arrived in stock, they will be dispatched together.

If you have specific requirements for the delivery time (such as split shipments or a designated delivery date), please kindly fill in the shopping cart notes or contact our customer service team before placing your order.

We will evaluate your request and do our best to accommodate it. Should we be unable to meet your requirement, we will promptly notify you via email.

• METHOD AND TIMES

We use reliable carriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS) with shipping options displayed at checkout.

Usually orders are arrive within 5-7 business days. If urgent delivery is required, it only takes 4-6 days. But the customer needs to pay an expedited fee.

For Vietnamese brands, an additional 3-4 days are needed on the standard time.

If it is not in stock, we will notify you by email and wait 7-15 days normally

Over £120, Hadlyn will provide free international logistics services. Otherwise, shipping costs are £20

America

Over £120, Hadlyn will provide tax free international logistics services. Otherwise, tax free shipping cost between £30 and £35.

• TRACKING

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number for real-time monitoring of the customer’s email.

• ATTENTION

Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. Hadley cannot predict or control these charges.
