RETURN

For items returned for reasons unrelated to product quality, only size exchange is permitted, refunds or style swaps will not be offered.

• Do not bleach. Avoid strongly alkaline laundry detergent.
• Do not soak for extended periods. Do not wring vigorously after washing; gently press out excess water.
• Hang to air-dry in a cool, well-ventilated area. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to avoid color fading and loss of luster.
• Steam iron at low temperature. Always place a protective cloth between the iron and fabric. Do not iron directly on embroidery, beads or lace.
• For long-term storage, hang the gown for safe-keeping.
• Avoid heavy pressure causing creases; do not fold for long-term storage.
• Store promptly after wear. Keep away from sharp objects to prevent snags and tears.
